Appointments and Referrals
How do I book an appointment at iHealth Centre?
All referral and diagnostic tests require a referral from a licensed health care provider, such as your family doctor or a specialist. Once we receive the referral, a member of our team will reach out to you with available appointment options. See our appointment process for more information.
What are the wait times for diagnostic testing or consultation?
Timing varies based on urgency and the type of service requested. Urgent cases are prioritized, and most diagnostic testing is scheduled within 48 to 72 hours. We aim to book consultations within 3 to 4 weeks.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, advance notice gives us time to offer the appointment to another patient in need.
Will I get an appointment reminder?
Yes. We send reminders by phone, email, and text 48 to 72 hours before your diagnostic testing or consultation.
How do I get a referral?
Speak with your family doctor, who can send your referral directly to us. Referral forms are available online for health care providers on our online referral form page.
Do you accept walk-ins for diagnostic testing?
We offer walk-in services for X-rays and ECGs with a requisition. All other testing must be booked in advance and also requires a requisition from your doctor.
